X-PHY® Xtrust Security
X-PHY® Xtrust is an isolated hardware controller with advanced security capabilities, constantly monitoring for tamper
events even when powered off. It uses a sophisticated True Random Number Generator that generates 512-bit entropy
to ensure both true randomness and cryptographic strength, providing overarching protection for the X-PHY®’s security.
The proprietary security chip uses one of the many encryption algorithms, including AES-256 and SHA-256, to prevent
unauthorized access to the drive.
X-PHY® Forensic Agent
Stay informed and in control with X-PHY® Forensic Agent. This powerful feature provides comprehensive audit trails by
logging detailed records of the hardware’s firmware-based incidents.
In the event of a breach, these audit logs, stored securely at the firmware level, allow for thorough investigation even if
all files or drive partitions have been formatted.
X-PHY® Factor Encryption

X-PHY® Site Secure

X-PHY® Site Secure, the last line of defense against physical attacks on your endpoint devices.
X-PHY® Site Secure monitors for such changes using built-in hardware sensors that detect physical tampering and
temperature variations.
Physical Tamper Sensor
Secures all your assets stored on the drive with built-in hardware sensors that detect movement.
Thermal Sensor

Ambient Sensor
Providing an additional layer of security against unauthorized access or insider threats, built-in hardware
light sensors detect changes in surrounding light conditions. When triggered, they send an email notification

Data Wipe
An optional security feature linked with the Physical Tamper Sensor feature. Once triggered, all encrypted
data stored on the X-PHY® drive will be irretrievably wiped in the event of tampering. This ensures that even if
the drive is physically removed, your sensitive data remains secure. Rapid purge is another feature that
enables you to irreversibly wipe all data once manually enabled. Users with highly sensitive data can also
manually enable the Rapid Purge feature, which irreversibly wipes data in an adverse event.
